Robert Kleinman

Robert is a fearless litigator and unrelenting advocate for his clients. He has secured and enforced registered trademarks and other valuable intellectual property rights for his clients in more than 50 countries and has tried intellectual property cases in both state and federal courts. Mr. Kleinman is also one of the few US attorneys to have successfully registered a three-dimensional trademark with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (Reg. No. 3858901). In 2009 he represented the seller in one of the 10 largest domain name sales ever ($1.76 million paid by buyer for “”). Robert is a graduate of Yeshiva University’s Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law (LL.M. in intellectual property) and is licensed to practice in Texas, New York and Connecticut. Mr. Kleinman spends the majority of his time away from the office chasing his two fiendish children. In legal circles, he is commonly known as “the Honey Badger”.

Lena Pankiv

Lena moved to Austin from Ukraine where she was born, raised and educated. She graduated with honors from Ivano-Frankivsk National Technical University of Oil and Gas, with a Bachelor’s degree in Documentation and Information Management. In 2008, Ms. Pankiv completed her U.S. equivalent of Master of Science in Library Science degree. Ms. Pankiv received her Paralegal Advanced Technical Certificate in 2010, and now focuses on intellectual property and litigation matters. She has been the cherished Voice of Reason at the Kleinman Law Firm since 2010.
